Dough - We produce fresh dough every day and then let it sit, sit, sit…for a full 48 hrs. You can taste the difference. The slow, natural process of yeast-rising dough produces a rich golden brown crust with outstanding taste & texture.

Sauce - We use only fresh packed tomato products from Stanislauss. The Cortopassi family has produced the absolute best tomato products for the restaurant industry since 1942. Many top Italian restaurants use their products and appreciate their rich Italian heritage and experience. By adding our own blend of spices and fresh garlic, we produce a sauce that is truly remarkable.

Cheese - The essence of a great pizza. We use only Grande brand cheese. It is simply the best cheese available. It's not cheap, but the quality is incredible. You can really taste the difference. In fact, many customers say it's the best "leftover" pizza they have ever eaten. Why? Grande cheese stays soft and creamy even days later.

Everybody knows how great the pizza is in New York, right? Here is a little secret. Over 75% of them use Grande brand cheese!! We are proud to be one of only several pizzerias in the DFW area to use this outstanding product.
